Welcome to our butcher shop and lunch counter highlighting burgers, sandwiches, salads, handcrafted charcuterie, and specialty fries. Our team takes the quality of our products extremely seriously, some might even call it obsessive. For us, it’s just a matter of doing things the way they should be done.

Taking this much pride and effort to get it right has sparked our rally cry at Bourbon & Butcher and that is, “What’s YOUR beef?”

At Bourbon & Butcher, our philosophy is simple and straight forward, source the highest quality, locally raised product available. This philosophy is imbedded in every one of our restaurants, however for our butcher shop we went rogue, off the deep-end, down the rabbit hole… and we are proud of it!

Our team have spent hours in the field searching for the farmers that believe and practice, what we believe is, proper animal husbandry. We take pride in the fact that we not only know where our products are coming from, but also who they’re coming from! The answer to that question lead us to our local family farmers. These special relationships allow us to provide you with the highest quality meats in the area, without question!
